In this role your one and only charge is to do whatever you can to achieve RESULTS for our clients, which will be YOUR CLIENTS, the people that put their trust in you.
Scope of Work:
Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to:
- Live Q&A Call participation weekly to coach clients, answer client questions, and provide training.
- Virtual Support Ticketing System. Answer questions directed to you through our support ticketing system online.
- Community support for clients in our communities, answering questions, and offering tips.
- One-to-one coaching for clients assigned to you.
- Attending live retreats and events throughout the year as needed.
- Approximately 10 hours / week to start including training time.
- Hours are driven by new client enrollments each month and will vary.
- We expect this role to go from hourly to full-time with a set monthly pay in the next 3-6 months or sooner.
- We expect you to be available Mo – Fri 9am – 5pm EST for team communications on slack and assignments, coaching, work as needed. There are no set weekly hours.
- One to One coaching will be scheduled with clients
- Live Q&A Calls are scheduled as follows:
- Mo 2pm – 4pm EST
- Wed 1pm – 2:30 pm EST
- Fri 1pm – 3pm EST
- Community Support is given 2-3 times throughout the week
- Questions in the Ticketing System are to be answered within 24 hours of receipt or sooner.
- You will work remotely from your own home / office location.
- At least 3 years of experience building an online business that includes a high performing sales funnel and coaching responsibilities
- At least 2 years experience coaching clients including 1:1 coaching
- Proven track record of building a profitable business (online or offline business)
- College Degree or higher education
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding client results
- Have a high level of emotional maturity and the ability to manage change and a fast-moving environment.

IMPORTANT: BUSINESS COACHING EXPERIENCE DESIRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED. You may have built a successful Health Coaching Business, Career Coaching Business, Relationship Coaching Business, or Courses in other areas. If that’s you, we want to speak with you!
Hourly Pay to start. Once full-time, you will move to a flat monthly rate.
- Month to Month agreement.
- Independent Contractor Status.
- Payment will be made to you monthly upon receipt of Invoice including itemized time and assignments completed by the 10th day of the month for the previous month.
- No specific monthly number of hours are guaranteed or promised.
