Consulting and Coaching Services Sales Executive

The Role 

  • This position is a virtual sales position and you will work from a home office and have the freedom to implement the pre-agreed upon sales objectives.
  • You are managing your own hours.
  • You are a self-starter and require low to no supervision. You manage yourself efficiently, track to goals, and operate independently and resourcefully in your role.
  • You own your results and ensure consistent sales performance. You take charge of your own sales pipeline including daily prospecting and lead generation.
  • You will receive leads placed on your calendar that come through our marketing efforts to supplement your sales efforts.
  • You will be selling over the phone and enrolling clients into high-ticket Coaching and Consulting packages.
  • In addition to enrolling the right clients into the right packages, you will provide an outstanding experience on the phone.

The requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years recent high ticket sales experience and documented top producer status; preferably in an inside sales environment utilizing both inbound and outbound calling techniques.
  • A demonstrated ability to effectively work as a team with other members of the Sales Team and various departments within the company to achieve individual, departmental and company goals.
  • We are looking for confidence and charisma. You must be an overachiever and self-motivated go-getter.
  • The ability to have deep conversations and generate breakthroughs with your prospects on the phone.
  • Emotionally connect and deeply serve your prospects.
  • Build rapport and be able to correspond with people from all over the world. This position calls for the ability to effectively communicate with all types of people.
  • Professional attitude a must.
  • Love for sales and hunger for more is expected.

The responsibilities:

  • This position is a virtual sales position; you will work from a home office and have the freedom to set your own schedule.
  • This is a “dial out” sales role in addition to requiring that you handle inbound sales calls and convert those calls into coaching sales or down sells or cross sells.
  • In addition to outbound calling, you will independently prospect and generate leads to fill your pipeline.
  • Complete all assigned administrative and reporting work as necessary.
  • Attend 2 weekly Sales Reporting and Training meetings.
  • Consistently self-train, self-motivate, and self-manage.
  • Use our systems and tools as instructed.

Compensation:

This position offers a monthly base pay based on experience plus uncapped commission on sales ranging from 10% to 20% per sale. Expected monthly income of $10,000+.
