4 Signs It’s Time To Change Your Business

Here are the four signs indicating that you’re ready to shift your business before we start making sure you hit that bell and you subscribe to our channel. So you never miss a thing. Sign. Number one is resistance. You feel stressed out, you feel overwhelmed and you have just really lost that passion. We know that people stay in a job for about four years and that’s already really long. If you ask me, so why would anybody expect you as a business owner to stay in your business forever? Right? And why wouldn’t people be expecting you to shift and change? Maybe you move your business into a new direction. Maybe you close a business and you buy or launch a new one. All this is completely available, impossible for you and should be expected. So if you’ve been carrying this resistance for awhile, you know, it’s there no matter how much you pump yourself up, no matter how much meditation you do and how much motivation you listen to, it just is not going away.

Then, you know, it’s time for you to meet the move. The second sign is when you’ve been thinking that you’re a big failure. It’s when you feel like, you know what? Changing the business makes me a failure and I’m giving up and I’m leaving everything. I worked so hard for behind, and I should be sticking to it. And I’m just weak. And I just can’t do it. All those things are sabotaging beliefs and thoughts that are coming up for you to keep you where you are and prevent you from going where you need to go next. I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to stay stuck and your ego can leave. Push it out the door. You’re not a failure. You’re not weak in the not giving up when you’re pivoting and shifting her business. So go for it. Sign number three. It’s when you know, in your gut that your new idea is incredible.

The best experience and the best feeling is when you have this new idea and you’re really bought into it. So maybe over the last couple of months, or maybe even years, I don’t know how long you’ve been thinking about this new idea, right? You’ve been researching it, maybe even building and working on it behind the scenes and you know, it’s big and you know, it’s got tremendous potential. There’s just a lot for you to do well. That’s okay. Don’t let that stop you. If you believe in it. If you see the need, if you have done the research and you are fully bought into it, it’s a pure sign. It’s a key sign that you’re ready to change and make the move. And the last sign is when you just can’t get motivated anymore. You know, people say motivation comes from the outside, but I believe that motivation is our responsibility.

I’m responsible every single day to get myself pumped, to do the work I need to do, including videos for you. Yes, but seriously, we are responsible for creating high energy for being high vibe, for being pumped about life. And it’s not always easy and gas. There are certain times where maybe you’re literally not feeling well and it can be a medical thing. You can be, you know, where you literally need help. And that’s totally okay too. But generally when you’ve been having a hard time to get motivated, to do the work you need to do in your business to grow it, Dan that’s assigned for you to shift and change. Okay? So motivation comes from the inside. But if it’s so hard for you to get the motivation going, you deserve to move into a place where the motivation just pops and you wake up every single day.

Ready to go. Now let’s talk about what the key is to change all of this for you. My number one recommendation for you to finally make the move pivot, change shift your business is to create everything you’re doing based on your life. Vision. Think about it, your biggest successes, the things that have brought the greatest results to you are probably associated with a vision you had for your life by itself. When Boris and I launched our first business, we love the business, but we had a vision for our life in mind. When I left my corporate job many, many, many years ago, and I launched my second business. I had a vision for my life, and I always have this vision with me. And it always evolves and grows and expands no matter what stage in life, we’re in my, our kids are older now.
