You know as entrepreneurs, you all have the same goals we want to continuously grow our business in the easiest, simplest, most effective way without working more, am I right? But what I see more and more is three big killers that are literally destroying the businesses of so many of our clients and people in the industry. I want to talk to you about these killers and help you identify them and ideally eliminate them from your business as always. Many service based companies are in a cash flow scarcity sort of cycle so everything starts with your cash flow running really thin right so maybe you’re working with clients and maybe some of those clients leave you or maybe they finish their programs and then you need to get more clients. So the complaint always is Carolyn I need more clients, I need more money, my cash flow is really really low right any cash so we’re in the situation where we have to make money fast and that’s problem number one which means that your marketing is not generating consistent leads and income so killer number one is cashflow scarcity.

Then what happens is that you as the entrepreneur become stressed and frustrated and fearful and you’re not quite sure what to do and this overwhelm begins to set in and we begin to be kind of frantic and then this is your second killer. Then you move into a very reactive state and you begin to scramble because something has to happen fast and then your third killer kicks in which is manic frantic marketing and that literally is a vicious cycle where you go from frantic marketing that’s not consistent to getting some clients but then winding back into the cash flow situation to then go and back into fear overwhelm frustration and scarcity.

Today I’m being reactive again doing more frantic marketing and then getting back into the cash flow issue again and that’s the cycle that repeats itself over and over again until you break out of it. So what’s the solution? Well the solution really is in your marketing. So you need to create a marketing process that’s not frantic or lenok but that’s very peaceful, almost coming and consistent. Something that’s really reliable you know to me the backbone of your business is your lead generation might say how many leads are coming in to your business, how many sales calls you host, how many people are on your email list, how many people are knocking at your door every single day because those leads can turn into clients which means you have cash flow, and if you go through you know times where there’s weeks and weeks of no leads and no new business your cash flow starts to really shrink and that’s your biggest problem.

So when I talk to you about how to create a very consistent lead generation process for your service based business, okay this is for you. If you’re an entrepreneur maybe offline, maybe online, you’re making about 250,000 or so per year already so you’re established and you really want to kick it up a notch when it comes to reliability and cash flow stability.

So there are actually four steps in this process. We keep it really really simple and here is what this looks like.

Step number one is advertising. I always say I want my clients to fall in love with advertising and having a consistent monthly advertising budget. Now why do so many people stay away from that? Because they spend money on ads but nothing happens. Okay and there’s no leads coming in and no money coming back and then you feel like your ads are wasted mine so of course it’s not just ads there has to be more behind it so advertising is your first step.

Your second step then is to use what we call education based marketing. You can benefit in massive ways by using education based marketing which is based on videos and webinars and workshops so we use ads to promote your videos and your messaging and your workshops and your webinars.

From there we send your leads into step number three which is an application so they apply they tell you more about them you make sure they are really a best buyer for you. They are one of your ideal clients and if they are you book a call.

Okay so step number four is an actual sales call and on this call you can decide if you want to work with this client they can decide if they like you and if they want to work with you and if so you have a new customer and you have consistent cash flow coming into your business and it really isn’t hard to build a process like that and once you crack this code and you have that that literally is to a bull’s eye fix for frantic manic marketing fierce stress and overwhelm being reactive and going right back into a frantic marketing so with this I can help you break out of your cash flow situation and move your business into a place where it’s stable, is growing, it gives you peace of mind and it consistently grows an income profitability and clients who can benefit from your services.

Once a week we come together on a Q&A office hours call so I have office hours once a week on a zoom meeting and then I also give you my personal cell phone number so when you’ll need help implementing some of the strategies we talked about or you come up against a challenge or an issue. You just call me up we booked a meeting and we knock it out.
