Carolin Soldo – My Millionaire Morning Routine

In this video, I want to show you my millionaire morning routine that allows me to get ready before 8:00 AM every single day. Workout, stay healthy, eat healthy, Sinai, meditate, and so much more. There’s morning routine is going to help you achieve hyper efficiency and stay focused throughout your entire day. Let’s go. A powerful morning routine should not be something that stands in your way or that’s an expert shore for you to complete.

This is a source of power. This is your source of power that gives you that focus, that strength and everything you need to deal with whatever life and business throws at you. This is your time to take care of yourself, to get grounded, to build a strong body, to build a strong immune system, and to be able to have that mental strength and that power to be efficient, to get a lot of things done, to have no ideas and be creative, but also to feel happy every single day. So let’s get started. I’m going to walk you through exactly what my daily morning routine looks like. The first thing you really need to understand is that getting up early is the best thing you can do. You might say that I’m not a morning person and I can’t get up early, but trust me, if you just try it for a week, give me seven days of waking up at four 30 or four 45 so you’re ready to work out at five o’clock every single day.

Your body and your clock while your body clock will get used to it. And naturally your body will want to wake up early and you will see all the benefits. So wake up at four 30 or four 45 and then get yourself ready for your morning workout. Your morning workout can be anywhere from 30 to maybe 45 minutes. Mine is usually about 30 minutes long, never longer, and I love cardio. I like to sweat. I like to listen to amazing energizing music and just get going to get my workouts done. I have a Peloton bike and I’ve had my bike for almost two years and completed almost a thousand rides on that bike, which is incredible. A big shift that I made maybe two years ago was my mindset around working out. Most people think that working out is hard and it’s painful and you’re sweating and it’s difficult and they have a lot of negative associations with people.

Also think that you have to go really hard, otherwise it doesn’t count and that makes it feel like it’s really painful and stressful and nobody wants to do it right now. When I shifted my perspective and how I looked at working out, everything changed. My first shift was to look at working out as a way to release stress as a way to get rid of cortisol, get rid of adrenaline in my body and just focus on having fun and actually relaxing on my bike. When you focus on working out as a way to get a bit of stress, you are no longer look at your calories. You don’t really worry about how long you work out or how hard you go. You go with the flow and one day you are more energized and you go faster the next day maybe a little more tired and you go slower.

It doesn’t matter. What matters the most is that you make this as fun as possible for you. The next thing I do is my most favorite place in the house. It’s my sauna. I bought my sauna about a year or so ago. It’s a clear light infrared sauna that fits perfectly in my basement and it’s big enough for two people and I can even do a yoga in my son if I want it to. I also like to meditate in my sauna. And there’s a very special app that I like to use with 3d sounds. So I have my earphones on and I listen to sing tuition. It’s a body relaxation and meditation app that has several different tracks and types of music and stories and sounds that you hear and that allows you to go into a very, very deep type of meditation. So I’m in my sauna, I lay down and for 25 minutes I meditate.

Now it’s about six o’clock in the morning, the workouts done, the Sinai’s done. I had a lot of water already. My meditation is done and now I get ready. And that’s about the time when my boys wake up too. So all of my self care working out and Sinai meditation actually gets done before my boys even wake up, which is great. So from six to seven approximately, I get ready, I take my shower, I get my hair down, I put my makeup on and I get ready for my day. Once I’m done and ready to go, we have breakfast of course. So from seven to about seven 30 we have breakfast and I bring the boys sound and we have a healthy breakfast. Let’s see what should not have for breakfast.

Oh no. Put that sucker down. You may have heard this saying that your breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I really believe that especially if you want to lose weight, you could have a big amazing breakfast with eggs and bread or toast or oatmeal or whatever you like. Lots of fruit. I make green juice in the morning and then slowly taper down how much you eat in the calories you consume during the day. So you’re really full in the morning. You have a medium lunch and then I really small dinner and that’s gonna allow you to also drop some pounds. My breakfast generally consists off a green juice and I’ll put the recipe down below in the description so you can make your own green juice as well. Then I will have oatmeal with blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries. I’m a big Berry lover. I love berries.

And then I generally have some ex, maybe over easy, maybe hard-boiled and that’s it. And then we have coffee. You can never finish breakfast without coffee. One really big change I made a couple of years ago and my lifestyle is to cut out sugar. Most people nowadays have some sort of sugar addiction. And if that’s you, that’s really going to impact how stable you feel throughout your day. So do yourself a favor, go on a sugar detox, cut that sugar out, and you’ll be amazed at how stable and balanced you’ll be feeling throughout your day as well. The last step in my morning routine is to take my supplements. I have a very specific list of supplements that I take and I’m not a doctor and I don’t want to give you any supplements that you should be taking. So ask your doctor, ask your healthcare expert, whoever you listen to, whoever you follow, and find out what supplements you can be taking to really optimize and maximize your body.

But I take my supplements, I take more water, I drink a lot of water. And then if we have sun here in Buffalo, I like to go outside and sit in the sun for as long as possible. Sun makes me happy. Sunday makes me feel good in San, gives me energy. At that point it’s about eight o’clock and that’s when our day begins. Now let me ask you a question. Did you notice something really important from the time I wake up to the time I start my day? There’s no TV, there’s no social media, there’s no email, there’s no distractions. You only thing I focused on is myself. So from the time you wake up to when you actually start your day from now on, I want you to focus only on yourself because that’s your time. And now I want to hear from you.
