My millionaire morning routine

Lifestyle

Do you have trouble getting started in the morning, or maintain energy and focus?

I want to show you a morning routine that allows me to get ready before 8:00 AM every day. This morning routine will help you achieve hyper-efficiency and focus throughout your day.

A powerful morning routine should not be an obstacle or a chore for you to complete. It should be a source of power that gives you the focus and strength to handle whatever the day throws at you.

The first thing to understand is that getting up early is the best thing you can do. Try it for a week—seven days of waking up 4:30AM or 4:45AM so that you are ready to work out at 5AM every single day.

This is your time to take care of yourself so that you will have the mental strength and that power to be efficient, creative, productive, and to feel happy every single day.

Soon your body clock will get used to it and your body will naturally want to wake up early. So, wake up at 4:30AM or 4:45AM and get ready for your morning workout.

Don’t worry about how long you work out or how many calories you burn. Look at working out as a way to release stress. Maybe one day you are more energized, and you do more, maybe another you have less energy and you go slower. What matters the most is that you do it each day and make it as fun as possible for you.

The next thing I do is meditate in my sauna for 25 minutes, after which I’m ready to shower, get dressed, and have breakfast, and I’m ready to go.

In the video below, I’m going to walk you through exactly what my daily morning routine looks like.
